Dear Starboard Family,

On behalf of Starboard Christian Academy, we are pleased to congratulate you on the acceptance of your child(ren) into the Starboard Family! Welcome aboard!

Starboard Christian Academy is excited to partner with you in your child’s education. Starboard’s mission is to partner with families to impress Christ-Centered Biblical values into the hearts of our students by providing a college-preparatory, academic program enriched with a Biblical worldview. Intentional time will be gifted back to your family so you may grow together in Christ, thereby confidently and courageously fulfilling God’s purpose for your child’s life.

In order to ensure your official enrollment into Starboard, please review the "New Student Enrollment Checklist" on this page and the corresponding documents. Receiving the necessary information promptly will help us process your child’s enrollment.

In early June, each guardian will receive a "Welcome Email" from ClassReach. Please follow the instructions on how to create your ClassReach account. ClassReach is our school’s secure, online platform that helps families stay connected and informed. Through ClassReach, parents can easily view their child’s attendance, assignments, grades, and important school announcements—all in one convenient, mobile-friendly place. It also enables clear communication among parents, teachers, and the school, making it easy to stay up to date and engaged in your child’s learning journey. After your account is created, you can upload the required documents, such as health and immunization forms.

New student Enrollment Checklist

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

Vaccination Records and/or letter of exemption (due by August 18th). After June, scan and upload into ClassReach using the "Update my Student Records" Form.
Physical Examination Form due by August 30 (download below and take to your child's pediatrician). After June, scan and upload into ClassReach using the "Update my Student Records" Form.
Previous School Records Release Form (required for grades 1st-8th).

PAYMENTS DUE - CREATE FACTS ACCOUNT

Starboard uses FACTS for online tuition payments, as well as for incidental payments such as field trips and spirit wear.

Create a FACTS account by clicking HERE. This step must be completed before any online payments are made.
Registration Fee (new Starboard Families) - $200/student due 10 days within acceptance. This fee is invoiced through FACTS.
Book/Curriculum Fee - $350/student* due June 1st. This fee will be invoiced through FACTS.
1st tuition payment due August 1, 2026.*

* Tuition and fee due dates may be adjusted for students who have applied and been accepted for the NCSEAA Opportunity Scholarship (Tier 1 & 2) or ESA+ Funds.

UPCOMING

Rising 1st and 2nd Grade students, who did not attend Starboard for Kindergarten or 1st Grade, are required to complete coursework before the fall. Please see the link below for more details.

Uniform Resale (on campus) will take place at the Open House. This event will allow you to purchase used uniforms at a discounted price. All money raised will go back to Starboard. A select number of spirit wear items will also be available for purchase.
